I was contacted by a mentor driver who took photos of my driver license, car registration and car insurance. Later that day, I downloaded the app and started driving with Uber maybe a week later. I enjoyed meeting my mentor driver and he was very professional.

The interview process is straight forward, it's open and unbiased, everyone get equal opportunity to get hired by the company. You take an IQ test and then you also do a personality test then a one on one interview

Interview
There isn't any interview at all with this company. You simply submit your information online including a copy of a vehicle inspection. So take a picture of your driver's license, insurance card(in YOUR name), vehicle registration, your tags, and of the vehicle itself.
