Phone screen followed by initial phone interview . Pitiful experience where my interviewer missed the first interview without letting me know - leaving me waiting for 30 minutes during my workday - before not even paying attention to what I was saying during the interview. Felt ignored and not taken seriously... So many red flags. Why was I asked to interview with someone who had no interest in speaking to me? Never received any kind of communication following the interview . What is wrong with this place?
Filtro inicial con hr, entrevista con hiring manager y presentación de caso, junto a miembros del mismo equipo donde al final quede. El caso es un caso real de negocio, incluso de los retos que ese equipo estaba enfrentando en ese momento, me imagino que lo hacen para evaluar al candidato y tener ideas adicionales para solventar sus problemas

Un proceso demasiado largo (no en tiempo sino en fases, que fueron 7), con entrevistas con RRHH, manager, compañeros del equipo, , bussiness case, panel, etc.
Cuando una invierte tanto tiempo y esfuerzo en un proceso, espera recibir al final algo más que un email automático de rechazo.
