The interview was very long. I found it repetitive and awkward, they did some employee shadowing and that made it a bit more intimidating. I also felt that it took away from the my time since the were evaluating another individual.

2 phone calls 1 take home project to present during your onsite then lastly 1 onsite interview. you hear back within 24-48 hours if they want to move ahead with an offer
