Interview
My recruitment process with Uber was fast. I started with a skills test that included psychological and some mathematical components. Afterwards, I had a 30 minute phone screening with someone from HR, and finally a 30-minute interview with two Team Managers from the organization. The interview focused on technical skills, experience, and hypothetical scenarios.
