Only had an initial phone screening. Interviewer was pleasant, friendly, clearly explained to me the role responsibilities and expectations, as well as the work culture and compensation structure. I really felt like we were on the same page... and I definitely was qualified for the position. I followed up with the recruiter roughly 10 days later via LinkedIn message. They got back to me the next day informing me that they decided to go in a different direction.
