      Region Enterprise Account Manager Interview

      26 May 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Uber in May 2025

      Interview

I recently completed the interview process for a Regional Account Manager role at UberEats and wanted to share an honest overview for anyone preparing. The process moved quickly after the online assessment was done and was very organized. My initial conversation with the recruiter happened on April 28, followed by a one-on-one with the hiring manager on May 1. The 45-min panel interview and a 45-minute conversation with the Head of Customer success both took place on May 13, and I had a final conversation with the hiring manager on May 16. I received the decision on May 20. Throughout the process, Uber focused heavily on behavioral questions tied to their core values, including client obsession, stakeholder management, strategic negotiation, and operational excellence. It’s important to have 3–5 strong STAR stories prepared that align with those values. They also expect you to understand how Uber makes money, particularly in relation to the role you’re applying for. I was asked questions about managing competing priorities, cross-functional collaboration, and how I approached negotiation and strategic planning. The panel interview included a case study presentation that required a go-to-market strategy, stakeholder mapping, and campaign recommendations. I highly recommend taking the time to deeply understand Uber’s offerings, read recent company news, and tailor your answers to their business. They send a very helpful interview packet ahead of time that outlines what to expect—read it thoroughly. Overall, the process was tough but only if you’re not prepared. If you do your research, bring clear specific examples, and show how your experience aligns with the role, you’ll set yourself up for success.
