The interview was very straight forward. You take a numbers assessment that measures one's ability of speed and accuracy. There after, they bring you into your 1-1 interview. I heard back the day of my interview. I valued my time at Uline and their corporate culture that they're trying to cultivate.

Recently interviewed with this company and wanted to share my experience for the benefit of others. I took the time to drive an hour for the interview, only to find out later that the company conducts interviews weekly as a routine, without genuine intentions to hire. This information wasn't disclosed during the process, and it was disappointing to learn that my time and effort were essentially wasted. You can find more evidence from other online reviewers.
