I applied and then a month later got a text and email about scheduling a 15 minute conversation with an internal recruiter. I had the interview and was told I’d find out within a week if I’d move forward however, it was implied that I would be continuing the process. Over a month later, never heard back despite sending a thank you note and following up.
Extremely disappointing as someone already in TA who focuses on candidate experience. Ghosting is never okay and having a 15 minute first round doesn’t help determine if a candidate is right for a role.
