      Global Management Interview

      2 Nov 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Amsterdam
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Unilever (Amsterdam) in Oct 2016

      Interview

The procedure is entirely digital except for the last round. After passing the CV and cover letter round you will be asked to play some Pymetrics games. These games identify what kind of personality you have. Therefore, you can not be either good or bad in these games. When you finish the games your personality will be compared with what they are looking for. In case there is a large enough match (based upon a percentage), you will continue to the next round. If not, you will at least know to which industries your personality does match.
