I'm still waiting to find out if I've progressed further than the video interview but since the format is new this year and there's very little info, I thought I'd review the interview now.
4 questions in total:
- 3 hypothetical situations with questions on how you would respond. 2 minutes to prep and 3 minutes to answer for each one (colleage with a bad attitude; angry factory manager; how would handle a meeting and what recommendations you would make in it)
- 1 business case scenario. 10 min to prep and 5 min to answer. I was given a short video + 4 pages of text to read as background information
- You can record each answer up to 3 times if you're not happy with it! Really useful as some questions are difficult and I completely went blank the first time round.
- I honestly don't think you can prepare for this. Probably not worth doing very in depth research at this stage.

Background was given on a project: What would be your plan for the meeting, what information would you need from the marketing team and what recommendations would you make?

Interview
It's all based around their leadership skills, and the selection day is in three parts, a case study, a one on one interview and a group exercise. The case study is the hardest part because you have a short time to prepare, but it's also quite enjoyable.
Make sure you do your homework on the company! I was asked about the company's finances, but other than that its very similar to the telephone interview.
