The interview lasted one hour. The interviewer was reading from a script. There were five competency based questions: one covering each competency listed on the Unilever website. After each question, no matter what the answer was, there was the same follow up question: 'Would you have done anything differently?'. Then there were motivational questions e.g. why Unilever, why FMCG, why R&D, who their competitors are and what their competitive advantages are. Finally there was one more question about how you have shown leadership and what makes you a good manager.
Overall, the interview was very much a one-way process rather than a conversation. The interviewer just read out the questions and noted your answers.
I received the rejection within a week of the telephone interview, with no reasons given or personal feedback.
Super straightforward comparatively. Involved uploading basic information and CV followed by a situational judgement and behavioral test + couple of math and verbal reasoning questions. Provided reasonable adjustments very proactively.

Totalement en ligne, D'abord soumission du CV et lettre de motivation Puis on reçoit qq semaine plus tard un lien pour faire des "jeux" qui ont pour but d'informer sur notre personnalité Vient enfin après le vrai entretien qui se déroule entièrement en ligne sans aucun contact humain Il y aura plusieurs questions (4 dans mon cas) avec des étude de cas très poussée avec des sous question dans les questions pour nous aiguiller, on a en général 2-3min de préparation et 5 minutes de réponse ou on est enregistrée par vidéo.
