on campus one round 45 minutes long. 2 interviewers who were very engaged and friendly. One from customer development side and one from marketing side. The head recruiter was there too so be cognizant of yourself while you're waiting for your interview. Combination of behavioral and some mini-case. Also asked a couple questions that tested you on the spot including to "sell me this pen" in 1 minute or less.

I met with them through university and went to their information session and career fair booth. they contacted me a week later to have an interview the next day. the interview was with the same guy from the information session so I had already made a connection. Really easy behavioral questions emphasize your leadership roles and ask lots of questions

on campus recruitment process - took around 6 days to get an offer after having an on-campus interview.Questions were almost entirely behavioral and all straightforward. They asked about my life on campus, interests, interests in Unilever and in marketing, heavy on asking what questions I had about the company and position, when I have had a difficult time working with others and overcome it, and interviewers were funny and down to earth.
