1ST ROUND: HUMAN RESOURCES - work experience and resume
2ND ROUND: line manager, behavioural and skills
3RD ROUND: Director, culture fit
4th ROUND: VICE PRESIDENT, behavioral and skills
There are four interview rounds: with HR, the Vice President, Director, and Hiring Manager. Expect behavioral, situational, and case study questions. Each session typically lasts between 45 to 60 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Singapore) in Nov 2021
Interview
A total of two interview rounds.
One with line manager and brand director. Final one with brand VP.
First interview with manager is to assess whether a candidate possesses the right skills and experience. Final interview is to ensure candidate is the right cultural fit.
