I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Newcastle, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online, then completed both a numerical reasoning and logical reasoning test before being invited to a phone interview. 1 hour phone interview- too long in my opinion, kept pressing for more and more details. Woman who conducted interview was very friendly. General questions to begin with, then competency based, then about the role, about leadership, about the company and industry.
Like any standard grad scheme first its the Online Application Stage then Psychometric Tests, if successful then its the Video Interview and if successful again, you're invited to the Assessment Centre.
