I had multiple interviews for multiple brands some were very nice and some were very toxic. At the end of the day really depends on your manager. For example for me based in France, if the manager has a hard time speaking english despite your qualifications they will not get you. All depends on the manager's ease in speaking another language aside from French. This is for internationals of course because during all the meetings they say they need diversity they love internationals but in France despite being B2 level French they told me the want me to be billingual aka speak like a native speaker. Also there will always be an excel exam that you have to do.
