There were two rounds - Operations and HR. The Operations round includes being interviewed by two managers for a period of around 30 minutes. The HR contacted me more than 2 weeks after the first interview. The HR of this company is totally incompetent. They want to pay you as less as they can and make their terms (which may include signing a bond) known at the very last moment of the onboarding process. If you're applying at UNISYS, clear all this up at the earliest.
