The company initially had a recruiter contact me. I had a series of interviews including a phone interview initially, then I met with representatives from the company on-site and finally had a final interview with the individual whom I would have worked for.

How do you see yourself making a contribution to the company in the future?
First, they contact the candidate, set the phone call saying that you are the perfect much, and ask to send the CV etc. They interview a lot of candidates just for the number, give promises, and then do not reply to the emails.

NO comments about this process, however it used to take long time, some times when peoples is requiered for specific project , it is not possible have resources on time

Questions asked were not at all related to Job Profile. Be sure to question the interview abt ur profile!You might work on things totally unrelated to current profile! They just do time pass on phone and look for candidates who are desperate for switch!
