I applied through the career services at my school (MIT) and my interviewer told me about the company and what kind of things I might do. Asked me standard behavioral questions. This was the first round. I was invited to an onsite final round interview, but I accepted another offer.

First contact after applying was a 10 minute recruiter call to talk about my experience. Process felt very rushed and did not leave any time for me to ask any questions. I don't think this was necessarily the fault of the recruiter but rather the short time limit set on the call. Afterwards I was asked to do a "pre recorded" interview asking mostly about DevOps concepts - yet another opportunity for me to be bombarded with questions and not be given the chance to ask any. The whole process just seemed like a red flag.
