when they first notify you via email, they want to know what race you are, what gender because big companies get tax credits for certain demographics they hire. and if you don't have a BSN you are wasting your time, of course they can't come out and tell you this, it's illegal, but that is their hiring practices. how do i know this? a CEO for a pharmaceutical company told me this.
**so you don't necessarily get hired for your experience**** i have over 35 years experience and have applied to many positions i am well qualified for.
then they call you and ask questions that do not highlight your Nursing experience
Virtual interview with 3 people. Typical interview questions. Asking about self and scenario questions. Took about 30 minutes. It was actually rescheduled without consulting me about my availability. This was my first zoom interview with multiple people, it was a little unnerving

Started out well. But interviewer became abrupt and one had no further interest in the position. Was totally turned off and didn’t feel I could function in that environment. They hung the phone interview while speaking .
Had multiple interviews with management and Human Resources. They asked multiple questions regarding case scenarios related to patients and what you would do and general skills related to nursing and remote work.
