I applied online and received 2 days later an email stating I met the initial qualifications and would need to complete an assessment to go further. In the assessment you answer questions by choosing one of four statements to say which is most like you. A day or two after this I received an invitation to record a video interview. You are given questions then record yourself answering them. Following this I received an email inviting me to a phone interview with a supervisor asking a few questions but mostly going over the specifics of the job. A week from this point I received a call offering me the job. Once accepted you are given a link to a system that completes your early onboarding.
