Online assessment followed by interview with HR and lastly an assessment center. Overall quite challenging due to the number of applicants, but questions asked are generic interview questions. Prepare thoroughly and show passion in your interview as they look out for ambition and drive but also good communication.

Applied online. Then raven test with shapes and patterns. Then a personality test. Then video interview. Then online teams meeting with a recruiter discussing the personality traits I showed on the test. Afterwards assessment center in Aarhus. At assessment center 2 group case studies and 2 individual cases.
