Interview
I was required to submit CV, after having taken a few days to screen it, then proceeded to an interview. Interview was conducted by floor director in English and by team leader in Japanese.
The atmosphere was quite relaxed.
The Interview experience was easy and welcoming and the interviewer seemed interested , the interviewer gave time and attention after questions were asked . The question lineup were not long and dragged out.

The interview process was structured and professional. The interviewer asked relevant questions, listened carefully, and provided clear explanations about the role and expectations. Overall, it was a positive experience even though I didn't get an offer.
