I applied for a number of roles with university recruiting, and a recruiter asked if I'd be interested in working with a certain team. I was given an Excel exercise which wasn't difficult but time-consuming. After that, I was invited to interview on-site for four back-to-back rounds with people from the startup in a variety of roles.
