I had a phone screen with the hiring manager and another sr.director from the product management group. I had 6 on site interviews and each interview was with a stakeholder who interfaced with Prod Mgmt team - Hiring manager, sales, UI/UX lead

Question 1
Interview was based a lot on my experience as a product manager. Know your resume well and be prepared to talk about it. Stakeholder management was an important question along with core Product management skills. I had a small case study as well.

Knowledge about payments industry is tested. Should have a good know-how of digital solutions e.g. tokenization, APIs etc. Should have background in Financial services or banking or consulting or fintech

Interview
2 45 minute interviews, first with the hiring manager second with 2 members of the team. First section of both interviews was going through CV, motivations and the role. Second section was more about competency questions, how you work with different groups of stakeholders.
