Interview
Step 1 -
HackerRank Test with multiple choice questions on APIs (SOAP and REST), Selenium, Java OOP etc.
Step 2 -
Phone interview with QA Engineer at Visa.
a) Gave a String algorithm question and asked to solve using Collabedit screen share.
String str = "abc123de56" --> give sum of 123 + 56 = 178.
b) Asked few Testing related questions on TestNG and Selenium.
Step 3 - Skype interview as my location was not where the job was at.
4 rounds by 4 different people were scheduled back to back.
1 person did not show up so 3:30 hours schedule was cut down to 2:30 hours.
1st interview -->
a) Algorithm questions
Armstrong Number and Anagram
b) Questions on Testing framework and how to manage the script if it is taking a lot of time.
c) Other basic Selenium related questions.
2nd Interview -->
Asked questions on everything.
Selenium --> Page Object Model,
Java --> Interface
Git --> where I could not answer properly. Git Statsh and Git Fetch. How to go back to a previous branch's code.
Challenges in Agile.
Database --> Difference between Delete and Truncate etc.
3rd Interview -->
a) Algorithm questions -->
Find first non-repeating character in a string using normal iterative method and then using a HashSet.
I used LinkedHashSet --> this was the tricky part. Just go through the use of LinkedHashSet.
b) Questions on testing on mobile and Desktop.
c) TestNG and Selenium based questions.

Happened total 4 rounds, Initial screening and checked background. online coding assessment related to Technical MCQ and a code to solve . and then through 3 member panel one at each time. and finally one more HR round.

Easy and medium problem to to solve. and then Situation based questions. then checked technical knowledge on the API
Took about a month. first round - phone screening , second round - hiring manager and on -site- 4 hours. Medium difficulty. on site was about QA strategy +programming. No feedback

The first round was a coding challenge and then i had a phone interview. They asked me to talk about the projects that were in my resume. one more question was related to testing, they gave me an application and asked me how i would test it.
