Pathetic and unprofessional interview experience. They don't ask for current CTC as they think that they pay well. I suspected this and after second round of interview, I asked them to check the CTC budget. HR called me and they took my details. After that two more round happened and every round was positive. Finally, they got to know that they cant pay and rejected abruptly(that too after three weeks). It seems that the recruiting team and hiring managers are so lazy that they can't even look at the CTC-budget for the profile and waste the time of candidates.
