About 3-4 weeks after submitting your resume, the Visa talent department will call you to their office for a first interview. At this stage, there will be a lot of people who will be called down (approx 20 people a day). There will be 2 rounds of interviews on this day by senior staff. Each interview lasts between 20-30 minutes. They will ask you some Visa-related questions, so make sure you are well-researched on the company. They will also ask behavioural questions and how you have handled certain situations in the past (your leadership and past work experiences). You are also expected to ask the interviewers questions about the company or their role to show your interest. Overall, it is pretty intimidating if you do not have a finance/accounting/economics background as a lot of the candidates do. If you get through, there will be a second round of panel interviews.
