What was my motivation for working in a client facing team in the tech industry
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc.

The recruiter was in the Eastern Time zone which made communications difficult at time whether it was by email or phone. Once the initial phone screen was complete I spoke with hiring manger. They brought me onsite to speak with other managers and other personnel on the team.
