Very long selection process. The vacancy was posted on september 2022, they did not contacted me until November , where I was requested to fill several tests and conduct an asynchronous video interview (mainly behavioral). Then ,until February 2023 I was not contacted. In this case , they scheduled an interview with managers, where you need to prepare previously a case study which consisted of a case scenario which could apply to the company , you need to prepare a 15-minute presentation ( do research + PowerPoint). This preparation took me around 10 hours. Then Two weeks after the interview , I received a rejection call , telling me I was rejected because I did not do an extensive research to propose an answer. Definitely, a waste of time. Besides of that, between the interview and the rejection call, I was contacted by HR to explain the salary conditions , which , in my opinion , for this position and the company , was pretty low. Not worthy...

Initial screening (CV, psychometric) and then I participated in their Case Cracking competition, from which I was fast-tracked to the final interview which was an online interview with two senior employees.
