Multiple interview rounds with cross functional and group interviews being carried out to assess the candidates. Process is long and at times gets cordinated by Singapore team for Indian roles

Knowledge about payments industry is tested. Should have a good know-how of digital solutions e.g. tokenization, APIs etc. Should have background in Financial services or banking or consulting or fintech

Interview
2 45 minute interviews, first with the hiring manager second with 2 members of the team. First section of both interviews was going through CV, motivations and the role. Second section was more about competency questions, how you work with different groups of stakeholders.
