Had a screening call, spoke with a HR person for 30 minutes. It was relatively straightforward with questions about my resume and why I was interested in working at Visa. No big surprises on the questions

Interview
Had 3 interviews in total, one online and 2 in person. It took 10 days after the last interview to hear back from them. The HR was good, called me before the the interview to ask what would I like in my compensation package and if there is any benefit I currently have that I would like to have in my next role.
