I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Visa Inc.
Interview
I interviewed for a Manager role at Visa, which included a recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, and virtual onsite with three team members. The recruiter advised me to prepare for behavioral questions tied to Visa’s values, but the interviews focused more on situational and tactical topics and the "themed" panels didn’t follow the structure I was told to expect, making it harder to prepare.
The process took over nine weeks, and I didn’t hear back until three weeks after my final interview, despite following up multiple times. I was rejected via email with no feedback. To add to the confusion, the role was reposted the same day raising questions about the decision-making process.
Overall, the experience lacked clear communication, alignment, and transparency.
Good friendly 3 rounds of interviews. Recruiter, manager and team. first round was with the Recruitor as a fast screening the second round was with the hiring manager for more in-depth assessment of the role of my fit. The third round was with two members of the team to understand the role bit more detail and not what they did.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Kuala Lumpur) in Aug 2025
Interview
Good, The interview process was well-structured and engaging. It began with introductions, followed by behavioral and fit-based questions to assess cultural alignment. A technical case study was then shared to evaluate problem-solving and business acumen, before moving into an open Q&A session. The format allowed me to showcase both strategic thinking and practical execution skills, while also giving space to ask insightful questions about the role and the company. Overall, it provided a clear view of expectations and a fair opportunity to demonstrate my strengths.
