Interviewed by the people I would be working with, and meant to feel relaxed. I arrived in a suit but was asked if I want to take my tie off. I was offered tea/coffe and the whole process was meant to feel relaxed and put me at my ease. As I was talking to technical people it was easy to get them to understand the points I was making
