I really enjoyed the interview process at Vodafone! 1. Online Application - straightforward 2. Video Interview (with a surprise SJT/Numerical at the end which threw me off!) - The video interview was based on me, my interest in HR, qualities that describe me etc. Easy to complete/prepare for! The numerical/SJT were relatively simple too, especially given that I didn't prepare for them! 3. Assessment centre - It took 2.5 months to get the result of my video interview, which was the assessment centre stage. It was a half day AC, and one of the best experiences I've had compared to other companies. It was generally a really engaging and enjoyable day. - Group task - Individual Presentation - Individual Interview - Tour of Newbury HQ Campus TIPS: Go beyond Vodafone's basic information, and learn about the company in a wider sense - e.g. it's position in the market, upcoming technologies that it's involved in etc.
