Initial interview with HR, followed by a technical test and face to face interview with service operation manager. It was surprisingly a great experience from start to finish. I was asked to choose a time of my convenience for the interview and interview process was very smooth and easy. I was asked to run through my cv particulars, followed by competency based questions about previous work experiences. There was lots of encouragement on offer from the interviewers and it helped me complete the interview in a relaxed manner. I was given chance to ask any questions at conclusion which I felt was a great opportunity to push couple of points forward.
