      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (Budapest)

      Interview

First, you send your CV & CL, then you participate in a 30 min phone interview. You get questions on your education, your interests, your future and some behavioral/situational questions. It's quite easy. Then you are supposed to take the logical/numerical/verbal test. In case you succeed you follow to the Assesment Center, which is the last stage before the offer.

      Question 1

What are you most proud of? What is the biggest challange you overcame to date?

      Interview

I applied online and they got back to me a couple of weeks later. The video interview process was simple and easy. It was all competency based questions, not really 'Why Vodafone' which was surprising. There were 6 questions in total, followed by a game which was pretty easy.

      Interview

1 Online applications 2 video interview 3 logic Reasoning and SJT tests The logic reasoning was fairly easy and the SJT was basic testing of your judgement when faced with a situation at work The video interview was rather weird and I didn't enjoy talking to myself it made me a bit nervous

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England) in Feb 2016

      Interview

Application This part was fairly simple answer three questions and provide a CV. The questions were: 1. Why do you want to work for Vodafone? 2. What has been your biggest or proudest achievement to date? 3. Describe the key skills and qualities that you would bring to Vodafone (bear in mind the programme area you are applying for when answering this question) I would recommend using the STAR method and the Vodafone website for information to answer these questions. Show enthusiasm and link your experience to the role. Testing Numerical and Verbal: my recommendation to prepare would be to buy tests from a site like JobTestPrep and do one a day at least to practise. Go over % changes, currency conversions and reading graphs/tables and you should be fine. Video Interview Very easy to use and friendly interface. You get a chance to practise a question before you begin. There is an online tool called Interview stream which you can use to get used to having a video interview. Assessment Centre Split into four exercises: Two group exercise, Interview and an individual presentation. The interview was relaxed and took about an hour, the questions were competency based covering Vodafone values and some technical questions specific to the role. Nothing to be afraid about if you have had a mock interview and know why you want the job. Have questions to ask too. Lastly we were given a tour- try to chat to the current graduates as they are very helpful and full of information. I agree with an above comment about only being contacted by email- perhaps an online dashboard for candidates could be created for next year?
