Applied directly online, around a month later was contacted by HR team to discuss my experience due to my background not being IT Company specific, interested due to my IT procurement roles held over the years. Was approx about 3 weeks later contact to arrange interview at Newbury. My interview was held on the 7th of April, was advised by the hiring manager that I would receive feedback in a weeks time. After chasing their HR team I've still no feedback after emailing (I did get a reply advising they are chasing all feedback up) and I left voicemail about 1 week ago as it's been a month now since the interview. I find this highly unprofessional that you take time out of your day to travel etc and there is no respect with a follow up with even a rejection. I always expect feedback even if negative. Very disappointed with how this had been handled.
