I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (Leopardstown) in Feb 2024
Interview
Begins with an online application - would recommend writing a cover letter. You'll be asked to complete some online puzzles to assess your problem solving, then do a virtual interview. Questions will come up on screen and you have one minute to prepare, then it begins filming you for an answer.
Followed by an in-person assessment at their office in Leopardstown, Dublin. This takes 3 hours and involves:
- a <30 minute individual interview
- a Q&A panel with some graduate employees
- a 1-hour group assessment. You'll be in a group of 5, in a room with 5 examiners (you won't know which one is examining which candidate). The team is given an assignment and asked to brainstorm, then present a pitch. Sounds stressful but actually pretty manageable if you can relax.
- an office tour
Video interview asking 6 questions and numerical assessment and pattern assessment. Must complete before deadline set in email typically 2 days. The video interview took ages since every video must be uploaded right after it’s been filmed which took a lot of time.
I interviewed at Vodafone (Cairo, Cairo Governorate)
Interview
Why did you apply to vodafone and what will you bring? What are your strengths? An idea you brought to life? A difficult colleague and how you dealt with him?

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (Istanbul) in Dec 2025
Interview
it is hard actually, asking 5 questions and you have to answer them in English. Time is unnecessary. they want to give an example from your life. they give a little time for thinking.
