The interview process had 3 parts - an initial in-person phone interview with an HR recruiter, a phone interview with the hiring manager, and then an in-person interview at the HomeAway office with 4 people (one person interviewing me at a time). Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had with the HR recruiter in particular. He was very good about keeping me informed of what stage we were at in the process and answering any questions I had along the way. 10/10 for the recruiting team.
