It was a lengthy interview process with initial interview with corporate HR, then panel or individual interviews with team members. You also have to do multiple follow ups with the recruiter and there is no clear understanding of where you are in the process

Some of the interview questions were "behavior" based, potentially. There wasn't a clear idea of what they were looking for in these hypothetical situations that were very specific to only things Vrbo's team would have encountered making it difficult to pull something from your past work history out of thin air.

Interview
The interview was held online through HireVue and featured 6 verbal questions and 1 written question. The hiring manager was recorded asking the questions, so it seemed more personal and conversational. The process was easy, intuitive, and user friendly.
