One of the recruiters contacted me for a full stack role positioning. Got a lot of details from me asked to share my cv... They then to that there would be a hackerrank round since my cv got shortlisted. Now at the same time I also had asked for the job description initially, the request was blatantly ignored. When the person responsible for scheduling got in touch with me i asked the same thing. They said that that'll be given to me in the hackerrank round with the panel. Now i called up the recruiter again to let me know what the position was which level it was and all. I said I won't be making it to the hackerrank round without knowing these important details.
In the end they just ghosted me for asking a very simple and valid question. Recruitment process does say a lot about the company and honestly i will never recommend this company to anyone! Very bad experience.
