30 min phone screen by a Staff PM. No structure was given to me. I was told this will be behavioral interview. However Walmart does it however they want.

**Case:** As a PM in fulfillment, how would you investigate and recover from an **8% drop in on-time delivery for grocery orders** over the last two weeks?
HM round as the initial round.
Loop round with DS, EM, PMs, Analytics manager. once qualify then move to next stage.
and then with Sr. Director round as final round

Didn't even speak to a recruiter, my first interview scheduled was a 45 minute Product interview with the Hiring Manager. It was very product focused (not so much Walmart), with a product case. I felt underprepared which is why I didn't advance to the next round though if I had done more product related interview casing practice, I might have moved to additional rounds.
