I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Sealy, TX) in Aug 2012
Interview
Very easy process. Prior Military are highly preferred. If given an interview it is highly likely that you will get the job. I applied and within a few days I received a call for an interview. I would've started the week after the interview, but there was an issue that needed correcting in regards to my background check.
Simple, easy to muster if you've been in an interview before. It's retail so most of the questions were pretty straight forward revolving around working with others and personal productivity.
