I applied in-person. I interviewed at Walmart (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2017
Interview
The job was advertised directly at the store. They set a date for an open interview. At the interview, all the applicants gathered together and the recruiting responsible explained all about the job description and the different available position. Then they interviewed everyone one by one following a lane. 2 days later I got a call saying that I was extended a job offer. After signing the job agreement, they would run a background check. Everything was OK and I could start working 2 open days after that.

Interview
It went pretty smooth but I got nervous and maybe I flunked the interview. I just got asked 1 question. They aren’t picky on who they hire because Walmart got a lot of people leaving and coming in.
