Long process - took 2 months. Had 2 interviews on the phone, a group discussion and interviews with a panel (managers).
Also had to take an online personality assessment test.
The process, although smooth, seemed way too long for a part-time position.

Interview
Its very easy, just basic questions. One should know there strengths and be a good communicator. They will ask about your availability, communication style and how you resolve issues and work ethics
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
