There was no formal interview for this position. The only thing i had to take part in was a mandatory physical ability test. Once that was passed though i was offered a position. I actaully preferred this method becasue as long as i can perform the work no other interview was necessary.

Quick but in depth, a lot of hypothetical questions as well as a period for me to discuss why I would be the right fit for the job. I had to remain confident in the things I was saying.

Brief walk around and a few questions. You walk thru the freezer to the ice cream room and they see if you can take the cold. You will need to bring a jacket and knit hat.

Interview
Initially did a physical test of strength and endurance for my position, it required lifting various weights, sit-ups, and arm-cycling. Then the background check and urine test. If you get the physical test and pass, you are in. Label everything on your background check.
