Was contacted by a mass recruiting agent in Chicago, IL. They flew me and provided Hotel stay and cab. Day started with a briefing from a Director. They assess the candidate right from the start. Dress code is important.

Question 1
Most questions were management(behavioral and situational) related. The only technical question they asked was to explain a concept in SQL which I found odd considering this was a technical position
