I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
The recruiter reached out and asked to schedule our call through their scheduling system. The call was successfully scheduled and I received confirmation.
The recruiter never called me at the agreed upon time nor did she ever respond to my email about potentially rescheduling.
The experience gave a really bad impression on the company and they need to be more respectful of candidates' time if they want to attract high talent.

Question 1
We got your résumé. Can we chat?
What are some times that work for you over the next week and the best number to reach you?
I interviewed for 3 roles. It was a little chaotic given I had to connect all the interviewers and work with timelines on their end. The screener is super basic (eg, why Walmart, will you move to office location, no remote). The HM was 30 mins and felt rushed. Then was the a group panel, also rushed given you do it all in one call. Very little time for me to ask questions. However, the interview processes felt different from team to team, but all relatively easy in my book. Ultimately, I decided to go with another offer. Appreciate the team’s time, but I wasn’t a fan of the “pressure” environment I felt during the process.
