The interview process was very straight forward. They asked me to describe a situation where I helped mediate a conflict or problem-solve a difficult situation and also asked me to describe my strengths and weaknesses.

It was quick and very easy; they asked general interview questions and gave me the opportunity to ask them questions. There was only two people in my interview, the sales manager and the lead cashier.
