Interview
I was hired 7 years ago as an assistant manger. I was sought out and had the posisiton before I had the interview. It was very informal and easy.

Now we have a more structured interview process. Just be sure to pull your answers from a specific situation and not an in gerneral this is what I would do what this happened. They also want to know what you learned from the situation.
Interview process required several interviews. First you interviewed with the store manager typically by phone or by zoom. Then the next interview was with the market manager or member of the market team.

Tell me about an experience when you had to overcome change and adapt to a new work environment.
Fairly streamlined and quick, friendly interviewers made it comfortable, there was no waiting room for the interview but nonetheless it was not a hassle,
They called to inform the position after 3 days
Very long and drawn out process with no compensation discussion until the very end, needs more transparency in my opinion, otherwise fairly painless process overall. Definitely not one to be intimidated about.
